Trade & advisory between East Africa and Britain.
One corridor, worked in both directions. We buy coffee, cocoa and produce direct from Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania for UK buyers, and we advise companies setting up at either end — market entry, partner vetting, and contracts that clear first time.

The desk, in six lines
Two halves of one business: a desk that buys and ships physical goods, and a consultancy that stands companies up at the other end of the corridor. Every mandate is worked by people who know both ends of the route — the washing station and the warehouse door.

Full product bookWe buy from the people who grow it.
Our contracts start at the washing station and the drying yard — with cooperatives in the highlands of Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, and cocoa growers across the region. Buying there means the roaster or manufacturer at the other end gets a traceable lot, the same quality next season, and a line back to the farm. No anonymous blending, and no intermediaries taking a cut of the grower's price.

Safari International Trade & Consultancy is a UK-registered trading house working the East Africa–Britain corridor. We take positions we understand, on goods we have inspected, with counterparties we have met. That is the whole method.
More about the house“Their network in Uganda and Kenya made it straightforward for us to establish partnerships across several industries. The local expertise saved us time and kept operations clean from agriculture through to manufacturing.”
