We take British companies into Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, and East African companies into the UK: feasibility and market sizing, route to market, partner and distributor vetting, registration and licensing, and support on the ground until the operation runs without us.
We act as your desk in-region — introductions to counterparties and institutions worth meeting, negotiation support, local representation, and day-to-day handling of the relationships a new market runs on.
We introduce counterparties who can actually perform, structure the contract around real terms, and stay on the deal until it settles. Brokerage here means carrying the trade, not passing an enquiry along.
Direct buying relationships with cooperatives, estates and processors across Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. We assess the season on the ground, pull samples, and negotiate at source so quality and price are settled before anything is booked.
Documentation, freight booking, consolidation, customs clearance and inland delivery. We work to whichever Incoterm suits the trade and make sure both sides understand where risk actually sits.
Phytosanitary requirements, certification, licensing, duty position and food-safety standards across both jurisdictions — confirmed before a quote goes out, not after a container is stopped.
Bonded and ambient storage, order fulfilment and onward distribution to UK roasters, manufacturers and wholesale buyers.
